About the Cottage

The cottage occupies three floors, is centrally heated and very well equipped.

Ground Floor

Hall, double bedroom en-suite. Wonderful views to Ferry Quay and down river, the windows are high in this room, so library steps are provided.

First Floor

Open Plan lounge and dining area. Enclosed galley / kitchen.
Views to the river, Tide MIll, Sutton Hoo, Wyllie's Pool and the marina.

Second Floor

Double bedroom. En suite bathroom.
Views to marina, river and Tide Mill.

All the rooms are decorated to a high standard, and are furnished with French and English antiques and original art.
